The apartment is so cozy and welcoming, with everything you need to feel right at home. The bedrooms are comfortable, and having two bathrooms is a real plus. Plus, there's even a TV for those lazy evenings!
Personally, I would have preferred a shower instead of a bath in the bathrooms, but that's just my preference. Others might enjoy a relaxing soak.

The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from South Cliffs and Sainsbury's local. We also appreciated the ease of parking with the provided permit. The beds were incredibly cozy and the abundance of fluffy towels was a nice touch. our stay at The Spires was well worth it.
While we had a wonderful stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. the car park opposite was closed, which caused some inconvenience and extra expenses for taxis.

We got great value for our money at The Spires in Scarborough. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of lovely towels. The location was fantastic, just a one-minute walk to South Cliffs with amazing views of The Pavillion, and only two minutes to a nearby Sainsbury's. The staff were friendly and it was easy to park with the provided permits.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more options.

Great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, within easy reach of the beach and with a great view of the sea from the windows. The inclusion of parking permits was a bonus, making it easy to park nearby.
The apartment building's door was often left open, which was a bit concerning for security. The door to flat 3 was difficult to open, causing some inconvenience.
